## Coverage

Official national registers only: Bolagsverket (Sweden), CVR (Denmark),
Brønnøysund (Norway), PRH (Finland).

- Sweden: live and queryable.
- Denmark, Norway and Finland: paid routes deployed. Norway's data is loaded but
  not yet verified end to end, Denmark's load is incomplete, and no Finnish data
  is loaded. Do not treat DK/NO/FI company data as queryable until `norric_data_freshness_v1` shows
  live sources for those countries.
- Estonia and France: code-complete and payment-gated. They open to queries
  after their first national loads complete.

Data processing is EU-resident: official EU sources, the production database in
Stockholm, and compute plus the payment facilitator in Amsterdam. The public
website is served through the Vercel CDN, which this claim does not cover.

## Zero-onboarding discovery

Connect to the MCP endpoint without an API key, send `initialize`, retain the
`mcp-session-id`, then send `tools/list`. Discovery is free. These tools are free:

- `norric_status_v1`
- `norric_data_freshness_v1`

The first wallet-paid tools are `swedish_company_verify_v1` and
`finnish_company_verify_v1` at 2,000 atomic test USDC ($0.002 nominal, the
trust anchor), plus `swedish_company_changes_v1` and
`finnish_company_changes_v1` at 20,000 ($0.02, the changes feed). An unpaid `tools/call` returns an x402 v2
challenge. Sign the accepted exact payment with the agent wallet, put the
payload at `params._meta["x402/payment"]`, and retry the same call. The
response includes `_meta["x402/payment-response"]` with settlement details. No
API key or human account is needed. Other tools remain unavailable anonymously
until assigned a price band.

Approved exact price bands (atomic test USDC): lookup 2,000; signal 5,000;
evidence 10,000; feed/batch 20,000; heavy synthesis 50,000. Wired today:
Swedish and Finnish company verify (lookup band) and company changes feeds
(feed/batch band). Watchlist/event metering is not yet live.

Ask Muse to list Norric tools, call free status/freshness, then use an x402-capable
wallet client for paid calls. API-key clients remain supported for existing use.

## Safety and data status

Some of the 42 registered functions are partial or inactive while upstream
pipelines are disconnected. Check status and freshness before consequential use;
do not treat warning-bearing or placeholder results as live intelligence. Tools
degrade honestly (found=false with warnings) rather than guessing.
